Please fill out the form below to place your child on our waitlist.
Once the form is received by the Area Supervisor, these are the steps that we will follow to add your child’s name to the wait list:
- Complete and submit waitlist form
- Once received we will add them to the waitlist and send you confirmation.
- When a space becomes available, you will be contacted with more details on how to proceed with registration.
Notes:
- The waitlist form is not the registration form, therefore submission of the form is not an automatic registration into the program). Our waitlist is updated periodically so we encourage you to follow up with the centre and update us with any changes.
